"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Hi Bart!---I hope you don't mind, but I've included your Windows 7 Account Screen Editor along with my Windows 7 Logon-screens...(If you'll go to my small gallery, you'll see that I've given you full credit for the creation of this software--plus provided linkage to your gallery on all the logons, and within the included "ReadMe" txt files. I hope this is OK with you. If not, I will remove your app from my files. I really like the way you can see the entire, full, logon-screen with the software!!!! No other Logon-editor for Win7 seems to have this feature!---GREAT WORK! I'm 100% hooked on it now, and if it's OK with you, I plan to include it within all my future logon-screens!
